Rhonna Wade credits her desire and passion for race , gender and equity to her African roots of community and family. She has facilitated 1000+ workshops with over 10000+ individuals from various organizations.

During our interactive and intensive workshops, we brought people of different identities, organizations, and backgrounds together to create tangible action plans on how to create an intentionally inclusive climate for all.
These workshops forced participants to judge their personal relationship with some of the greatest forms of oppression in our country , whether they were the target or privileged individual. Participants ranged from 5th grade students to corporate CEOs.
